GJQ70-30 cementing mixing truck is equipped with two vertical triplex
plunger pumps on the chassis, and this triple plunger pump is driven by
two CAT diesel engines. The GJC70-30 cementing equipment is configured
with automatic and two-step mixing system. Besides, its operations are
realized through circuit system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system,
mechanical transmission system and ultrasonic-assisted cleaning system.
All these control is concentrated in the console and operated by one
person. GJQ70-30 cementing mixing truck is easy and convenient to
operate due to its high automation. To guarantee accuracy measurement,
low-pressure density meter is utilized in measuring the density of
cement.
Application
GJQ70-30 cementing mixing truck is an ideal
equipment for high pressure cementing operation, which is mainly suitable for
cementing, as well as cleanout, acidizing, sand control, fracturing, etc.
This truck is available in deep, middle and
shallow oil-field. It can complete the fracturing work itself. Such as
self-help mud slurry, self-help mud injection, self-help mud replacement, etc.
It can also be used in washing wells, shallow well work, and so on. The
greatest strength of GJQ70-30 cementing mixing truck is that using only one car
can realize the work in well depth of450m.
