2500HP Quintuple Pump Unit

2500HP quintuple pump unit is a horizontal pump designed to fulfill oilfield operations in harsh pumping conditions. The reciprocating positive displacement pumps are widely used for intermittent workovers, oil well fracturing, acidizing, well killing, gravel filling, etc. Its maximum rated BHP is 1866 KW (2500 HP) and the stroke length is203.2 mm(8”). Plunger diameters range from 3-3/4”to 6-3/4”, while all the 2500HP pumps adopt the same model of power end. In the 2500HP quintuple pump unit, 20 alloy-steel pull rods are used to connect the fluid end with power end. When the fluid end is demounted, these rods are retained at the power end. Plunders and conrods are jointed with clamps, which makes dismantlement and maintenance for fluid end more convenient.
