YLC140-2080 Fracturing Pump Truck

YLC140-2080 (2800) fracturing pump truck is configured with the 2235 KW (3000 hp) engine and the 2085 KW (2800 hp) quintuple fracturing-use pump, and the maximum of the quintuple pump is up to 140 MPa (20000 psi). In this fracture pump unit, there are many other types of equipment, including chassis, hydraulic transmission, high&low pressure manifolds, hydraulic/air circuit system, network controlling system, etc. Due to high pressure, large power and the ability for continuous work, this fracturing pumptruck meets demands of various hydraulic fracturing and acid fracturing no matter in large-depth or in small-depth wells.

1. Deck engine features large power; besides, the fan cooling system is driven by the engine on the chassis. In this way, the output power can reach up to 2080 KW (2800 hp).
