Triplex Plunger Pump

Triplex plunger pump is widely used for intermittent workover service such as acidizing, cementing, fracturing, well killing and gravel filling. The triplex plunger fracturing pump skids consist of power end assemblies, fluid end assemblies and reducing gearbox assemblies. The reducing gearbox assembly may be installed at the right side or the left side of the pump. In this triplex plunger pump, 17 installation positions of input shaft of the reducing gearbox are designed for customer option to suit various pumping devices of drive system. Two sizes of pump bodies are designed to for installation with different plungers so as to achieve different pressure and displacement. (At present, plunger developed by SJ has four sizes:3”,3 1/2”,4”,4 1/2”).
