Compound Gear Box

Compound gear box is used to distribute power from drilling and workover rig engines to each power output end. According to practical needs, it can combine two engines into a integrity or control the individual engine. The compound gearcase can also work as transfer case to realize multi-functional operations, such as transmission of winch and rotary table. Besides, it can drive the chassis into work. Components

Compound gear box is a kind of multi-shaft gear drive case which is composed of four cases (left case, middle case, right case and lower case). It consists hepta-shaft assist transmission, two power input ends, four power output ends, lubrication system, manipulation mechanism, etc. The two power input ends can work with one motor or combines two motors. The four power output ends are respectively responsible for running or working of rear-axle chassis, front-axle chassis, winch and rotary table. Besides, the output ends for winch and rotary can independently work as well as work simultaneously.
